President/Registrar Bobbi Thompson

Bobbi moved to Florida in the Fall of 2007 after living in the Midwest her entire life. Growing up on a farm she learned the responsibilities of taking care of livestock and farming. After the move to Florida with her significant other, Rick, they started their adventure with the miniature zebus in 2010. Their herd of 2 has since grown to 60. They are both very active with promoting and educating other zebu enthusiasts as well as the public on the miniature zebu breed. Bobbi became the Registrar for the AMZA in the Fall of 2016. There is not a better feeling then helping others learn about the miniature zebu breed.

Bobbi is currently employed with St. Luke’s in The Villages Eye Care Specialists and Surgery Center. She also works part time mowing commercially in the evenings and weekends. Then of course, there is the farm work that needs to be done in her spare time.
